The Ultimate Souvlaki Marinade 

My big fat greek food lovin taste buds! The most known and popular meat marinade when it comes to greek food. Tangy and herby with a nice bit if char from the BBQ, souvlaki is anything but bland. It is used on all meats but I personally prefer it on chicken.

  • 6 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tbs red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbs grape seed oil
  • 3/4 tsp dill weed
  • 1 tsp mint
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 & 1/4 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp lemon shaved peel
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Toss in a blender and pulse until the leaves break up into tiny pieces. Best if made a day in advance. Will keep for up to a month.
